Pokemon Centers in Japan generally all have area-specific merchandise, but Pokemon Center Osaka is particularly heavy on such things containing charms and other goods referencing places all over the Kansai area. Pictured above is an Eevee charm I picked up featuring a cherry blossom tree from Yoshino, an area in Nara prefecture famous for cherry blossom viewing.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Pokemon Center Osaka. So long in fact I had no idea it moved into the Daimaru department store!
It has gained one new mascot in Chespin, but Meowth as always is unchanged. (Meowth speaks with an Osaka accent in the Japanese anime, therefore it’s both hilarious and fitting,)
